Contact & Support
Document and workflow questions
For product questions, email support@easymdconvert.com. Include the tool name, source and target formats, browser, operating system, a short description of what you expected and what happened, and any error code shown in the workspace. Response times vary, so this contact is not an immediate-response service. A small redacted Markdown or HTML example and the steps that reproduce the issue help us investigate; do not attach your original private document.
Privacy and rights requests
Use the same support contact with the subject Privacy request. Describe the concern or request and share only the information needed to respond. Recent output history belongs to your browser tab rather than a central account; Wipe Session History removes that local record immediately. The Privacy Policy explains how browser conversion, temporary server processing and local history work.
Responsible security reporting
Send vulnerability reports privately to support@easymdconvert.com with the subject Security report. Describe the affected route, impact and minimal reproducible steps using synthetic data. Do not access other people’s documents, perform denial-of-service testing, exploit infrastructure or publish private information. Please allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate before public disclosure; this reporting guidance does not authorize intrusive testing or promise a bounty.
Before reporting a conversion issue
Check the selected output format and any notice displayed beside it. For example, CSV exports the first table only, while XLSX can include several worksheets. Confirm the file fits the limits shown in the workspace and that a password has been removed where required. If a table or list looks wrong, compare the raw Markdown with the preview and reduce the source to the smallest safe example that still shows the problem. Tools using temporary server processing also need that service to be reachable.
Useful documentation
The individual tool FAQs explain supported formats, expected structure and useful review checks. The Privacy Policy describes document handling and optional recent history, while the Terms of Service cover permitted use and size limits. Support correspondence is separate from a conversion: material you choose to email is handled by the email provider, so keep it redacted and limited to what is necessary.
